Maria Sharapova put her disappointing Australian Open performance behind her on Saturday in WTA tour Memphis, as she beat Sofia Arvidsson 6-2, 6-1 to win the WTA Tour’s Memphis title.
The top-seeded Russian, playing in her first tournament since she crashed out of the first round of the year’s first Grand Slam, didn’t drop a set all week and capped her campaign with a victory over Swedish qualifier Arvidsson in 66 minutes.

Look at her focus on receiving the service from the opponent on the court. The opponent must be someone from Williams sisters.

Maria Sharapova eating Banana is not a gossip topic right? But people made it like that by comparing Maria’s Banana eating picture with how she would look while giving a blowjob. That’s so weird but that’s what is being published all over the forums and blogs.
Anyways, have a look at that picture yourself.

Maria Sharapova of Russia celebrates her Australian Open win over Ana Ivanovic Russian Maria Sharapova has breezed past Anna Ivanovic of Serbia 7-5, 6-3 to win the women’s singles title at the Australian Open in Melbourne, the first Grand Slam tournament of the 2008 season.
The 20-year-old Sharapova defeated the No. 4 seed Ivanovic Saturday in a match that lasted just 91 minutes on a hot day with temperatures reaching 35 degrees Celsius.
The victory gave Sharapova her first Australian Open championship, and is the third Grand Slam title of her career. She won at Wimbledon in 2004 and the U.S. Open in 2006. It also erases the bitter taste of her upset loss in last year’s Australian Open final to American Serena Williams.
